If I Win Items, How do I Get Items Home?
Most of our merchandise is cash & carry. Please plan ahead to have a way to transport your items after the auction is complete
If I win Kitchen Cabinets, Can I Customize My Order?
Yes! Many of our kitchen options are cash & carry at auction. If you need additional cabinet pieces or accessories, we can order them for you at best contractor pricing.
What Forms of Payment do you Accept?
Forms of payment we accept are cash, major US Credit/Debit Cards.
Is There a Buyers Premium? Sales Tax?
Yes, the "buyers premium" or the item fee charged to cover these auctions ranges from 10% -12% for cash & 13% -15% for check, credit/debit depending on the type of Auction. Please figure this in to your bidding. Sales tax in NYS is 8%.

Where Do You Get Your Merchandise From?
We bulk purchase our merchandise from reputable manufacturers , distributors & third-party vendors throughout the US to get the best prices so that we can pass our savings onto you!
How Will You Keep Me Safe During Covid?
During the peaks of this Pandemic, we have moved to online and FB Live Auctions with pick-ups scheduled to comply w/NYS regs. All local, state and national regs are followed for our live auctions as well!
How Often Do You Hold Auctions in My Area?
For most areas we serve, we will bring our Huge Home Remodeling & Building Auctions to your area at least 2x a year and at least one Christmas Auction too!
